Eligibility

In order to be certified with the CPSC Credential, applicants must pass the eligibility criteria:

Experience
  • Three years of work experience as a Security Consultant as part of, or in full capacity as part of the organization for private market and/or governmental agencies.
  • Advising clients on various security issues including: security management, security policies and procedures, security systems and physical means, security audits & risk assessments, etc
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in security-related field from an accredited institution of highereducation OR
  • Security management training certification from recognized national security agency orcertificated training academy OR
  • Equivalent proven experience of 5 years in Physical security consultancy AND
  • Professional certifications like: ASIS CPP, PSP, APP, CCTP, CSyP, CSC, RSES, SABRE or equivalent.
Declaration
  • Please note, dishonorable/misconduct candidates who have been discharged from the military or law enforcement agencies, reflect negatively as a security professional and within the certification program.
  • Candidate MUST declare that he/she does not have any criminal record, have not been convicted of felony; have never been convicted of a misdemeanor; did not have professional registration, license or certification denied, suspended or revoked and did not have any disciplinary actions taken against in work place.
  • Candidate MUST declare that he/she did not have any bankruptcy status in the past 3 years
Professional References
  • The participant must submit two professional references who have personal knowledge of, and can validate your security experience, character, and good standing.
Work Reference
  • Candidate must submit 2 project references reports to demonstrate abilities. Thisincludes submitting TVRA project, Security design project, and turnkey project. Allreports must be submitted without mention of client names and details.
Examination
  • CPSC candidates will be required to take an examination which will test their skill andknowledge. A minimum of 70% pass mark must be achieved to qualify for the CertifiedPhysical Security Consultant certificate.

Mr. Alon benefits from 20 years of experience in the field of security, with particular specialization in performance of risk assessments (TVRA), security audits, formulation of security policies and master plans and design of security solutions.

Through this capacity Mr. Alon carried out numerous security consultancy projects at various types of facilities, including governmental premises, oil and gas facilities, banking, electricity, water, corporate headquarters, mass transit systems, factories, office buildings, seaports and marine installations (passenger ships, tankers, off-shore drilling rigs and off-shore refineries). He also designs and develops customized security systems for each of the above sectors.

Additionally, Mr.Alon is an expert in the preparation and implementation of diverse, innovative security training programs for all security positions, including security guards, security mangers and senior management .
